CNNOMATECH at the Health and Safety Forum 2026: technology and behavior in the service of people

CINNOMATECH prepares two speeches during the Health and Safety Forum at the Bird Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn, 1–3 September 2026. We combine technology, psychology and experience from everyday industrial work to show practical ways to strengthen the safety of people.

Leading: Adrianna Plucińska — Clinical Psychologist, Mental Business 360.

The lecture will focus on the role of mental health in occupational safety, the most common mental challenges of technical and industrial professionals and the impact of stress, overload and burnout on the safety and efficiency of organisations.

Adrianna Plucińska will present practical solutions supporting employees, managers and managers, the Mental Business 360 model and psychological assistance in emergency situations within 24 hours. Participants will learn how to reduce abstinence and rotation and build a culture of responsibility and mutual trust.

How to activate workers for bottom-up hazard detection and improvement of working conditions?

Accident rarely starts on the day it occurs. Earlier there are minor derogations, ignored threats and behaviours that become a dangerous standard over time. Based on six years of daily research in the iron foundry in Macedonia, we will show how Fogg's behavioral model, internal motivation and collective habit help to change safe behavior into a group-wide standard.

Participants will also see how technology allows you to measure behavioral patterns every 24 hours and to see a weakened safety culture before it leads to a real threat.
