The First Ordinary General Meeting of Members of the Association

The Ordinary General Meeting of Members of the Association: Cluster of INNOvative MAnufacturing TECHnologies (CINNOMATECH) was held in Wrocław, in Building B-4 of the Wrocław University of Technology, at the address: ul. Łukasiewicza 5, on 22 June 2012.

The meeting was opened by the President of the Management Board of the Association Jarosław Chrobot. President of the General Meeting Mr Bogusław Książek drew up an attendance record and signed it with Mrs Magdalena Niziołek, who was entrusted with duties of minutes secretary. He stated that the present Meeting was attended by 20 ordinary Members of the Association, and therefore it was capable of passing resolutions in accordance with the Association’s Statute.

Afterwards, the following issues were successively discussed pursuant to the agenda:
1. presentation and approval of the agenda,
2. presentation by the Management Board of information on actions taken by the Association so far,
3. discussion about direction of actions of the Association for the year 2012,
4. discussion about the Management Board’s project on the Association’s budget for current year,
5. passing of a resolution on establishment of the number of the Management Board’s members,
6. passing of a resolution on selection of the Management Board’s members,
7. other business,
8. closure of the debate of the Ordinary General Meeting.

After the discussion, the President submitted resolutions covered by the agenda for a vote.

In the action plan for members of the Cluster, the new Management Board proposed:
1) two short trainings, 6h each, concerning: "Lean supply chain” and "Cooperation possibilities in the cluster” (free of charge)
2) comprehensive training 5x2 days in basic areas of management
3) 2-day visit to the "Metal Cluster” in Lubuskie Region
4) use of a developed platform "Production capacity of the Cluster’s Members”
5) preparation of the "Report of business needs of the Cluster’s Members”
6) visit of 2 persons to the Fair in Stuttgart

After completion of the agenda, the President closed the Ordinary General Meeting of Members of the Association: Cluster of Innovative Manufacturing Technologies, and a Sitting of the Association’s Management Board started. At the sitting of the Management Board composed of:
• President of the Management Board – Ms Lilla Jaroń
• Deputy President of the Management Board – Mr Jarosław Chrobot
• Deputy President of the Management Board – Mr Franciszek Januszkiewicz
resolutions on approval of the Association’s budget for 2012 and amount of membership fees were passed.
