The Ordinary General Meeting of Members of the Association: Cluster of INNOvative MAnufacturing TECHnologies (CINNOMATECH) was held in Wrocław, in Building B-4 of the Wrocław University of Technology, at the address: ul. Łukasiewicza 5, on 22 June 2012.

The meeting was opened by the President of the Management Board of the Association Jarosław Chrobot. President of the General Meeting Mr Bogusław Książek drew up an attendance record and signed it with Mrs Magdalena Niziołek, who was entrusted with duties of minutes secretary. He stated that the present Meeting was attended by 20 ordinary Members of the Association, and therefore it was capable of passing resolutions in accordance with the Association’s Statute.

By resolution No. 2212/IV/12 of 8 May 2012, the Management Board of Lower Silesia Region determined the result of an open competitive bid for fulfilment of public tasks of Lower Silesia Region within the scope of activities supporting economic growth, including entrepreneurship development in 2012. Within the bid, the Lower Silesian Innovation and Science Park received a subsidy of PLN 76,710.00 for fulfilment of the task, called: "Development of cooperation and improvement of the competence of the CINNOMATECH Cluster to enhance innovation of Lower Silesia”.

We are extremely pleased to inform you that on 2 March 2012 the Association: Cluster of Innovative Manufacturing Technologies acquired legal personality and from this date it can operate within full scope, and also needs to perform all public law obligations.
