Description of business

BASIT Sp. z o.o. was established in 2003 by a German company, SIT Singwitz Industrietechnik GmbH – a systemic provider of solutions for the machine-building industry and BAMET S.C. – a supplier of spare parts for agricultural machinery, present on the market since the beginning of the 1990s.
The company’s main activity is the manufacture of machine components for agricultural use. Production in BASIT Sp. z o.o. includes machining, welding and components assembly. The company’s German shareholder specialises in metal sheet working on computer numerical control machines, robot welding, varnishing and supporting the client by introducing construction and technological innovations.
Jointly the companies offer complete machine subassemblies to clients in Western Europe.
The investments conducted since 2007 lead to a significant expansion of production space in the newly erected hall in Trzebnica, making machining and assembling of larger components possible; the high-tech equipment of a separate section, purchased with European Union funds, guarantees production of a high technological standard.
