• thermal treatment,
• thermochemical treatment,
• grinding (surface and circular),
• lathing with universal and numeric machining tools,
• milling with universal and numeric machining tools,
• drilling with a jig drilling machine,
• hollowing with a sinker EDM and wire EDM.

We also provide:

• Spring winding the SCHENKER automatic machine, pressed and stretched using wire with a radius of 0.4 to 1.5mm. Maximum spring radius 30mm, stretched wire length 1230mm.
• Manufacture of parts using type BIHLER automatic machines from wires up to 3mm radius and 1.0 x 14 mm tapes.
We also provide a wire strengthening machine with a maximum radius of 1.7mm able to be cut into any sort of pieces as well as spring thermal stabilization furnaces.
